Privacy policy

This site keeps the smallest footprint it can. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising networks, and no data brokers in the stack. This page describes, honestly, the little that is stored and why.

What we collect

Email The address tied to your account, used to sign in and to reach you about your account.
Password A password hash only — never your password in a readable form.
Profile The display name, short bio and website you choose to add.
Submissions The products and details you send us through the submit form, so we can review them.
Cookies One one-year consent cookie (it records that you agreed to these terms and to this policy) and a login session cookie.

What we do not collect

  • We do not store your raw IP address.
  • No third-party analytics service — we count visits ourselves.
  • No cross-site tracking. We do not follow you to other websites.
  • No advertising, and no data sold or shared with advertisers.

How we count visits

A page view is a plain counter, and unique visitors are counted by this site itself. To tell visitors apart within a day we use a keyed summary — an HMAC of IP, browser string and the date — and store only that summary, never the raw IP. Because the date is part of it, the same person gets a different summary on a different day, so visits cannot be linked across days. A product page shows that product's own view and visitor counts on this site.

Cookies

This site sets only its own cookies: a one-year consent cookie and a login session cookie. There are no advertising or third-party cookies, and no cross-site tracking.

Your profile and email

Your profile page is public by default — it shows your display name, bio, website and the products you listed — and you can set it to hidden. Your email address is never shown publicly.

News page

The news page shows items gathered from third-party sources: only the title, the date and a short summary, each linking back to the original. Copyright stays with the original authors and their sites.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. To ask what we hold, to have it deleted, or for any privacy question, write to tourisain@163.com and we will act on it.
