Terms of use

ZVBoard is a directory of software tools, with a set of leaderboards. Listing and reading are free. A leaderboard is our editorial view — not a recommendation, and not advice.

We count visits ourselves: we do not store your raw IP address, and we do not use any third-party analytics. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Registration is closed. Accounts are created by the site admin, who sends you a one-time password; you can raise your tier later by entering an activation code on your account page.

Each tier gives a fixed weekly submission quota and a base number of votes:

• Producer — 1 submission per week, 1 vote.
• Applicant — 3 submissions per week, 2 votes.
• Reviewer — 5 submissions per week, 3 votes.

Submitting a product adds 1 vote. Quotas reset each week, on Monday at 00:00 UTC. A tier only changes these fixed amounts — it can never buy a position.

You must be signed in to submit a product. When you submit, you may tick "apply for featured placement" or "apply for a sponsor slot" — that is an intention only, and whether it is granted is our decision.

Rank is not for sale. No payment can change a position, a vote or a decision. Paid options, where offered, affect placement or review speed only, and they are always labelled.

We may refuse or remove a listing that does not meet our requirements, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.

Product names and logos are shown only to identify the products listed; this is not a claim of ownership or endorsement. A listed product may embed the badge we generate — used as provided, and linking back to its page.

Only official votes count towards a position; reference votes are shown for information and never count. Boards have fixed caps: latest listings have no cap; all-time popular, 2000; monthly popular, 200; featured and sponsor, 100.

Information on this site may change or be inaccurate — for a product's own details, its official site is authoritative. The site is provided "as is", and we may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address.
